August 17, 2024: Muhammad Irfan Khan scored his first T20 century. Pakistan Shaheen beat Australian Capital Territory Comets by 91 runs. Shaheen won five games and are now in the semi-finals. They will play Adelaide Strikers, Bangladesh A and Northern Territory Strike.
Pakistan Shaheen scored 202 runs. ACT Comets were bowled out for 111 runs. Mubasir Khan got two wickets early. Arafat got another wicket. Tyler van Luin and Zak Keogh scored some runs but got out. ACT Comets lost their last five wickets quickly.
Arif Yaqoob took four wickets. Arafat took three wickets. Mubasir and Faisal Akram took two and one wickets respectively.
Earlier, Pakistan Shaheen lost their openers early. Omair Bin Yousuf and Usman Khan also got out. Muhammad Irfan Khan and Haseebullah scored a lot of runs together. Irfan scored 106 runs. Haseebullah scored 49 runs. Shaheen scored 202 runs.
Semi-finals will be played tomorrow.
